Learn to capture the outdoors.

All levels welcome. All mediums welcome. 

Charcoal, pencil sketching, Watercolor, Oil. 

Instructor will work on an individual basis. 

Each class will include demos & critique.

Spring Break is OVER!!! Classes resume this week - 

Tuesday evening and Thursday for the day class. 

And don't forget Saturday's one day class on water - 
waves, waterfalls, water in general!

I returned last evening from teaching a two day workshop 

at the Crisp Museum in the Cape.  Went very, very well - 

some may come up attend here in the studio too.

SLWS at Missouri Botanical Garden

The Saint Louis Watercolor Society will have a table at the Missouri Botanical Garden Blitz this Saturday, Mar 1, 2014.

Stop by to see our demo painters and pick up some informational flyers as you cruise through the Garden and participate in the many fun doings.  9am - 3pm.  This is their "Ask The Expert" blitz.  AND the orchid show is happening!

Kirkwood Artists Boutique:  March 1 and 2, 10 am to 4 pm
Queeny Park Art Fair:  April 4, 6 - 9 pm; April 5, 10 am - 6 pm; April 6, 11 am to 4 pm

Now Showing At the Foundry Art Centre

Please take a chance to brave the weather and see this great installation at our Showboat Kiosk in St. Charles at the Foundry Art Centre, 520 North Main Centre.  This exhibit will be up until April 1.  SLWS signature members may reserve their space to exhibit for 2 months for a $20 fee.  Contact Maggie McCarthy at mccathyart@att.net to reserve your space for a 2 month show: April, June, Aug, Oct.

And check the Foundry website .foundryartcentre.org to see what else is going on there.  It's a wonderful, vibrant presence on the metro art scene.
